world mental health day
fuck.
that’s what we all think when we hear mental health, am i right? like damn, shit is tough to fully talk about and it’s hard. like anyone who has struggled knows that.
i was gonna talk about my mental health but today, most people are gonna do that, & if we’re honest? we don’t need more of that. discussing mental health can be exhausting. i mean, fucking exhausting.
if you’re new here, hey there, i’m a and i do cuss like a sailor to cope with the everyday thing we call life. it’s beautiful, but it’s brutal and messy and we won’t sugarcoat that.
instead of talking about all the hardships of mental health, let’s do something beneficial for our mental health.
simple, not using a ton of brain power, takes less than ten minutes.
first up: tell me one thing you’re thankful for.
it could be something that’s happened in the past hour, day or month.
second up: what’s one thing that brings you immense joy? if that’s too much, tell me one thing that made you happy this week.
third up: tell me one thing you’re looking forward to in the next three months, maybe more. just tell me.
if you feel comfortable, share your answers in the comments below. i'd love to hear what you're thankful for, what's bringing you joy, and what you're looking forward to.
now, leaving this blog, remember these things.
you’re fucking loved.
you’re killing the game.
