frequently asked questions

these are living animals, not products. they require time, care, and commitment. please keep that in mind as you explore.

on the farm

  • our animals are raised with sustainability, intention, and natural, guided care.

we allow them to live as they were created to, embracing their instincts and rhythms while we support them along the way. we don’t believe in over managing their lives. animals deserve the space to be animals.

because of that, we step in only when something feels off or care is truly needed. the goal is always a balanced life that feels both natural and well supported.

  • we raise our animals this way because we believe they deserve more than just being kept. they deserve a life that feels full, natural, and respected.

everything we do is rooted in intention, from how they’re fed to how they’re cared for. we focus on giving them a good life from beginning to end, honoring both their role and their wellbeing every step of the way.

  • our goats are fed quality hay and supplemented with high quality feed when needed, along with fresh produce they genuinely enjoy.

our poultry is fed an organic, homemade feed that i create myself, paired with a variety of produce and kitchen scraps.

we keep things as natural and nourishing as possible, focusing on quality over convenience.

  • our animals are handled and socialized regularly. we spend time with them often so they’re familiar with people and daily interaction.

our goats are handled and loved on daily and tend to be very friendly, often acting more like little puppies.

our poultry is used to our presence but typically prefers not to be handled, which aligns with their natural temperament.

bringing them home

  • breeds and ages change frequently depending on the season and availability.

we currently have myotonic bucks, nigerian dwarf does, and some mixes between the two.

for ducks, we have cayuga, blue swedish, khaki campbell, and indian runners in black, chocolate, fawn and white, and silver, with plans to add more.

  • if you’re interested, you’re welcome to reach out with any questions or purchase directly through the animal listing when available.

availability is updated as animals are ready, and sales are first come, first served.

  • depending on the animal, a kennel or secure crate works best for transport.

for poultry, i recommend something with a solid bottom to help keep your vehicle clean during the ride home.

  • before bringing an animal home, please have their space, feed or hay, and fresh water already prepared.

if purchasing a goat, you must already have other goats, as they require companionship to thrive. we do not sell goats to be kept alone.

bringing an animal home should feel like a smooth transition for both you and them.
