tattoo balm
where my tattoo lovers at?! we love the needle but we also want to preserve how great that new tat looks (and maybe freshen up the older ones we forget to upkeep). i know, TaTtOoS aren’t natural… i won’t give it up though. for those of us who just forget the ink is toxic and want a natural option to have after getting one, this is it. composed of all organic ingredients, this is made up of unrefined shea butter, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed jojoba oil, cold pressed candedula oil, cold pressed vitamin e oil, white beeswax and high quality lavender essential oil.
benefits of unrefined shea butter: besides the fact that shea butter is packed with essential nutrients, it contains natural antioxidants and is an anti-inflammatory. shea butter can help relieve irritation as well as redness and swelling.
benefits of coconut oil: made up of 49% of natural anti microbial properties, coconut oil helps soothe the skin and stay moisturized. this also helps soothe dry skin, treat mild wounds and act as a barrier to protect the skin.
benefits of jojoba oil: jojoba oils makeup is extremely close to the skins natural sebum. this helps the skin restore the skins natural barrier. jojoba oil is also an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and can be anti-aging in some aspects.
benefits of candedula oil: packed with all the anti’s and i’m not exaggerating. with wound healing properties, antiviral, antiseptic, antimicrobial, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory features. candedula oil is ideal for any healing process.
benefits of vitamin e oil: full of antioxidants, vitamin e oil helps protect skin cells from free radicals and can aid in reducing scars. this oil can also aid in fighting inflammation.
benefits of beeswax: this is a powerhouse of a emollient (the ability to soften and soothe skin). beeswax is a natural stiffening agent that holds a neutral smell, it is packed with vitamins and can help aid with many skin conditions.
benefits of lavender essential oil: lavender essential oil is a potent form of lavender. the aromatic smell can aid in reducing anxiety and depression, as well create a calming environment. lavender aids in wound healing by improving the skins ability to produce collagen. with the flavonoids in lavender, it can also reduce pain and inflammation.
