this syrup is a cold preventative and remedy and boasts a high amount of vitamin c.
this stays good in the fridge for 3 months (or as long as it shows no signs of spoilage, at least that’s what i do in my household). please keep refrigerated.
my elderberry syrup does not contain any alcohol.
do not feed honey to children under 1.
dosage:
½–1 tablespoon daily or as needed for adults and children
1–3 teaspoons a day for children under 5
